Aging widget provides details about Insurance balance, Patient balance, and Total balance in graphical view as per the aging period (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-120, 120-150, 150-180, and 180+) for selected facility and provider. The Date of Service filter does not impact on this widget. System always displays details of recent 1 year in Aging widget. The report view of this widget provides the detailed aging report based on Insurance and Patient details for recent 1 year.

 

To view the detailed information about Insurance, Patient, and Total balance for the selected search criteria, click the Report View icon. Once you click Report View icon, system navigates to the Aging Report screen with detailed report generated for the facility and provider selected on the PM Dashboard screen.
